Mounts To Hold Garmin Nuvi And Other Items

I am wondering if anybody has been any mounts designed to hold both a Garmin Nuvi and an additional item? the reason I ask is because I have a Garmin Nuvi 3597 currently on a Garmin air vent mount. I also have a Unication G5 pager that I want to somehow mount on my dash. I was thinking that if some company makes a mount for both a GPS and one additional item, it might be quite handy.

Would a CD slot mount work on your vehicle? The vent mount for your Nuvi and the CD slot mount for the pager. People seem to like this one:

I Use This:

RAM makes a 3 way adapter which I use to mount a GPS and smartphone on a single mounting base.

The video explains how it can be used.

If you want to use your Garmin mount, there is an adapter available to convert the RAM 1" ball to the slightly smaller Garmin G ball.

Just remember to not make this thing too bulky. There is a chance that as some point it may be considered "view obstructing setup" by some cop in need for a ticket or excuse to stop you. Especially as laws about obstructing driver's view can vary between states.

Nice, but if you want to be able to take your GPS with you in rental cars or when driving a friends car, these vehicle specific mounts will not do the job.
