No you don't have to create subfolders. See http://www.poi-factory.com/node/25721 and it will cover both subfolders and no subfolders. Read step 9 carefully. Bottom line, make one folder on your computer and dump all your files in it. Note that you can also have a combination of subfolders and single pois. You may also want to review the video version for custom poison https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fhhb5FPyLW0

I have 1 main folder...
Within the folder go all my poi's. Within the main folder I make a sub-folder for each poi that I have a jpg or bmp file for. I don't use sound files but you could place them within their sub-folder with the poi, bmp and wav so all files associated with a particular poi are in the same folder. Just gotta make sure all the files withn the sub-folder have the EXACT same name except for type of file. (wav jpg bmp )
Problem solved
Thanks
Problem solved. I was loading each subfolder (hotel, food) instead of loading the main folder (POI).
Glad you have it worked out.
