I just checked that Garmin have released firmware version 3.0 for NuviCam with the following improvements:
Improved device stability.
Improved the incident detection system.
Improved the performance of the forward collision warning system.
Improved the performance of the lane departure warning system.
Improved Bluetooth reliability.
Added a snapshot animation when pressing the physical camera button.
Improved user awareness when saving videos.
Fixed software bugs.
I updated firmware on my NuviCam but the big question still remains unanswered if Bluetooth connectivity was completely fixed? I can not test it since Smart Phone Link app is broken in IOS 9
Did anyone upgrade Nuvicam to this new version 3.0? I will appreciate your feedback. They still have not fixed Bluetooth issues with iPhone 6 as per my experience.
New software 3.0 release is a huge disappointment. They did not fix even a single Bluetooth issue. All issues still exist.
Thanks for sharing!
You are very welcome. I see lots of improvement in the performance of the forward collision warning system and
the performance of the lane departure warning system after this update. But unfortunately they did not Bluetooth issues.
