Mac version 4.5.1

The latest release of BaseCamp for the Mac, version 4.5.1 is now available.

The following is a list of changes:
Fixed issue with geocaches disappearing from the Colorado.
Fixed issue when sending geocaches to wearable devices.
Fixed issues with OpenStreetMap.
Fixed issue with BirdsEye imagery read failures while navigating map.
Fixed issue with Portuguese(Portugal) being the preferred language.
Various bug fixes.

I still use MapSource. BaseCamp was too much of a PITA to use compared to MapSource.

I feel like you do, but unfortunately there are things you cannot do with MapSource any more. Even my 3790 would not let me transfer routes etc from MS to the GPS.

Basecamp vs Mapsource

I use Basecamp and Tyre for route planning, and GeePeeEx to build and load POI files. Tyre is great for planning a route, but I find that I have to then use Basecamp to make sure that routes are accurate for use in my Garmins.
