GPX conversions for the 7735

When I plan a route, I like to use mapping software like Streets and Trips rather than take the word of the RVND 7735. The gps is a little cumbersome routing. Don't get me wrong, I love the unit but sometimes it just doesn't take me the way I want to go.
Here is my problem. I would like for the GPS to download my .gpx file from Streets but it only likes .csv files.
Any one know a "simple way" of converting .gpx to .csv. I have searched Google and don't find anyway to accomplish the task.

Conversion

Extra POI editor lets you convert from csv to gpx and visa versa.
