Sounds like the plaintiff's lawyer has all the bases covered with respect to the city's arguments about it being a school day. I go through that zone on the bus every morning, and the speed cam light on Western Ave flashes like a 70's disco ball light, it's almost continuous.

hope

the attorney is ready for appeals

oh boy

Bet this thread turns into another of those who are for:vs: against this or that kind of camera...

I've got the solution.. Make people in school zones walk around naked... That should slow traffic to a crawl.

Does That Mean

Does that mean that the recipients of the traffic camera tickets will be lawyers rather than the city?
I hope the people who got ticketed unfairly get their money back & the company running the cameras bear the costs.

That's probably what will happen. That's certainly the easiest solution for the city. Not so good for the victims.
