Only 10 days left and we are off to Florida and gas prices are great.

well the first family Christmas for the year is over, "whew" one more to go on Christmas eve at our house. no special time to arrive, come if you want kinda invitation don't if you don't feel like it, seems like some people get depressed around Christmas time I don't but the best fun is watching little kids faces when they open boxes !!

An unexpected warm spell over the weekend yielded a fair amount of rain (better than snow/ice). The rain has stopped but it has turned cold again. At least the skies are clear.

Christmas Eve is 1 week away.

Hi all from the rain forests of Sacramento. Well, I know we don't have that much rain, but we've had quite a bit. It's good for a dry state to be watered.

Hmm. Checking weeks with posts based on each person's start date is pretty tricky. One thing that's easier, though, is to look at posts by year.

So far in 2014, we have 96 members who've missed posting in one or fewer weeks. Of these, 54 have posted in every week.

For 2013 & 2014 combined, 34 members have posts in every week.

And for 2012, 2013 & 2014, there are 20 members with posts in every single week over these last 3 years.

I have only seen one prius
I picked it up and carried it into town on a flatdeck
The corrugated roads xxxxed the battery, and half of it fell through the floor
Not meant to do bad dirt roads I think
great idea for a town car, almost as cheap as a diesel to run, the owner is still going to keep it, the repair is covered by Toyota
Just going to rent something else if he drives here again

Hello to all

A nice day in FL.

So far no reaction to the drop in speed limit in NY. Haven't personally noticed anyone getting a ticket. No speed cameras that I've noticed yet. And I just read that Nassau county, the closer one to NYC, is removing ALL speed cameras. Or so the paper said.

The papers said they gave out a a whole bunch of tickets the first week they started it Nov. 7. But no news about it since.

Sort of what I expected

only 4 days left.
