I'm not aware of any
I'm not aware of any specific utility you are inquiring about, however, you can always Google Earth any address and then copy the Lat/Long shown at the bottom of the screen to a POI file.

gps visualizer
I have been looking for something like this for weeks. Thanks this is very useful for finding a new business or one that moved to a very new location that isn't on the standard Google Maps.

Batch conversion site
I've used a site that allows batch conversion of lat/lon to addresses - works really well:
http://www.batchgeocode.com/
I've converted 50-100 coordinates at one time - easy to use and quick - only slows down when it cannot find an address for a specific lat/lon

Note that the gpsvisualizer
Note that the gpsvisualizer fellow specifically asks that no one geocode truckloads of addresses without asking first.
"NOTE: If, without asking permission, you try to convert thousands of addresses, your access will be blocked."
