? help on EXEL file ?

Hello
For my Fed Prison file, I was able to pull up a list of ALL federal Prisons, Address, Phone numbers, Prison type.
Just NO Lat/Lon
I was able to save it in Notepad, as a .txt file
I know I would still have to find all the Lat.Lon, But is their any easy way to use this .txt file to get a head start on the long list, (It would save me a lot of typing if I could).
If anyone has any ideas, Please share.
I could E-Mail the .txt file to anyone, if they want to see what I am talking about.

I re-checked the FAQ files, and got the format profile I need (Example: -101.12345, 44.98765, "ATWATER U.S.P." , "00 Inmate Way" , "Juno Alsaka 17000" , "(000)123-4567"
I'll check out the convert form, and see if will work for me, as well.
