hook up old gps to computer. go to start this pc look for the gps open and view files. Click on .Navi and then RM and then USER in the user you will see these files that says

copy these to your desktop in a folder
now click the back button twice this should bring you back up to where you clicked on rm folder
now click on folder called user and then click on address book copy this file to desktop too.
now all that's left is to put the files on to new gps unplug old gps plug in new gps go to start menu this pc and open gps files to view
repeat what I told you but this time drag the file back and when asked tell computer to copy and erase old file wala all your pois will be back address book roads that you told the gps to avoide will be back ect.
