In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Went to VA Hospital for checkup.
Bikers all over the place.
As soon as School was out in LA in June we flew to London (at age 11 the prices change to adult).
When we returned we took our 6 year old grandson (he was to young to appreciate London) and granddaughter back to the Midwest for swimming lessons. After lessons and Fourth of July celebration, sweet corn, movies, we drove back to LA through Arizona to our daughters home and then drove home.GREAT TRIP.

Had a short trip this week and returned to BWI late Friday afternoon. Encountered the typical Friday afternoon traffic and backups, but navigated around the worst of it - used Waze for the first time in quite a while - worked well. Ready for the weekend, rain or not!

Our last trip from Canada to California made extensive use of our custom POIs carefully curated by POI- factory enthusiasts!
No garmin activity this week. Used the built-in gps on the Lincoln.
Headed up to Pocono for the NASCAR race weekend.

Going to Atlantic City this weekend in hopes of getting back some money I lost in Aruba!
Made a short trip on I95 to visit the doc; return trip was very congested/ Waze routed me away from I95 with reduced travel time - worked out well.
New the site and to owning a GPSr. Test trip out to Madison this weekend was awesome. Marshall's POI file made a believer of my wife, too.
I went out of town in June, and came back to discover I had lost my Windmill.
Had to start all over again.
Will try not to make that mistake again.
Felt like I had been thrown out of the club, for not paying dues.

Just completed a whirlwind vacation that covered close to 2,000 miles including local driving where I stayed.
Ohio to Gatlinburg TN / Smokey Mountains for 2 days
Gatlinburg to Myrtle Beach for two days
Myrtle Beach to Washington DC for 2 days
Washington DC back to Ohio
Obviously I love to drive.
Short trip, but the unit was excellent for finding my way to a client from a section of town I wasn't familiar with.

In Sunny Campbell River BC, Lots of pinks(early returns) not much water though.They are trucking and releasing fish upstream where there is more water.Need rain here non in sight.
Does "to work" count? They don't let me take vacations very often.
