For those of you that use Garmin Express, and there are updates available, do you update it no matter what?. Even though the update is for a foreign country? I only update if it pertains to me in the US. Is this correct? There isn't something special in the updates, is there?

About the only updates I wouldn't do are foreign language or help files.
I would do a time zone map update or firmware update.
Just my 2 cents.

There are few updates nowadays for my two GPS's . But in any case I only ever update what is pertinent to my needs.
For example, I only use one car icon which I downloaded from a non-Garmin site, so no need to download any others.
Why clutter up the GPS with stuff you do not need.
