No. But someone wrote a program a few years back that would find out which ones of your list were updated and then batch download them.

If you are talking about the favorites on your 1490 or 760? Just connect the GPS to your computer. Go to the drive for the Garmin. Open the GPX folder and look for current.gpx and copy it. Then paste the copy in the folder of your choice. If for some reason you want to convert to a csv use Extra Poi Editor.

You can click on the "My Favorite Files" link to see all the files you've downloaded before and it'll tell you which ones have been updated since you grabbed them last. But you can't download all the updated files in one shot. Would be a cool feature though...
