How exactly did I get a Windmill? Didn't find anything in the FAQs or postings. I also see people with various "Badges of Honor" I would suspect there is some criteria for those, too.

You posted a lot is the simple answer.

Craig has give you the links for full explanation, but if you "hover" your mouse over the windmill icon, it will pop up "active user"
