Garmin Smartphone Link traffice coverage issues

Hello All,
I have noticed since this morning that there is no traffic coverage of all 400 series of highways in Toronto area on Smartphone Link app. I am not sure if it just me or everyone is affected. I will appreciate any feedback.
I checked http://here.com/traffic/canada/toronto.
This site is showing traffic on 400 series of highways. Normally this site has same coverage as this app.
The traffic is back after 6
The traffic is back after 6 PM and looks normal now.

Android app got updated
Android app got updated yesterday to version 1.7.
The traffic started working after the app got updated at 6:15 PM.
