Nuvi 350 custom poi problem

I selected custom pois under favorites, then selected all categories (the first option). Right when I selected it, the nuvi 350 shut off on me. To make sure this was not just a one time thing, I did a few times and the system shutoff everytime.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like your POI file
Sounds like your POI file must be corrupt. Try uploading only one simple POI file preferably with one POI in it. If that works then you know you only have a bad POI file somewhere in your upload directory and the Nuvi hardware and OS is fine.
Also you can run the diagnostic and look at any previous Nuvi OS shutdowns. Not sure if it will give you any new information?

After noticing that, I didn't uninstall the POIs, but I selected every single one of them--or just the categories, but none of them shut the system off.

You've probably already done this; but just in case ... you may want to check if you have the latest nuvi 350 update, v4.6 as of today.

You are correct, I have done this. I think I still need uninstall all the POIs and install one at a time, until I find the corrupted one. Once I find it, I will report it.
