Need an icon created

Note user I'm putting this topic in the right forum.
I regularly do motorcycle rides in support of Wounded Warriors. The grand tour is The Tour of Honor, www.tourofhonor.com.
I need an icon create to go with the locations. A simple TOH would be ok but a better one using the Tour of Honor wheel would be outstanding.
I have no artistic ability and less computer graphic skills.
Would anyone like to lend a hand>?
Wheel
The wheel presents a couple of complications, since the icon has to be as small as 24x24 if it is going to work on any nuvi (some newer reportedly support larger images, but I'm guessing that you want it to work on any nuvi), and because the wheel is round you can't cleanly use transparency around the outside edge. But here is a simple example of the wheel reduced to a 24x24 256 color bitmap with a white boarder, done using only Irfanview:

Opps, hold on, looks like Imageshack changed it from a BMP to a PNG file. I'll try again.
OK, try this link, same image but should stay a 256 color BMP this time:

Once reduced to that tiny size it really doesn't look like much, but others who know the wheel logo should recognize it.

Give yourself more credit. I think it looks pretty good.
Sounds pretty simple to me

Does not sound too hard - I bet even I could do it...

no feedback
I'm rather disappointed to get no feedback at all from Goblinjxs.
Maybe
Maybe he hasn't been back.
Then again, maybe it was a drive-by solution seeker.
A "Thanks" would be nice though.
