C330 Windshield Mount Problem

When I went to move my C330 windshield mount large chunks of it stuck to the windshield. Garmin is sending me a new mount, but had no suggestions on removing the rubber from the windshield. Anyone out there have any?

I would try a single edge

I would try a single edge razor blade. In Texas we have our Licence Tag and Inspection Sticker in the windshield, and whenever I need to replace them I use the single edge blade. Works every time.

Use the blade and rubbing

Use the blade and rubbing alcohol.

Drinkable alcohol might work, but I am not going to waste it to find out...lol.
