Ticket Cameras in Europe on 2013 Nuvi

Cyclops safety camera was disabled on 2013 Nuvis - I have a 2597LMT. I found POI Factory to cover me in the USA. But if I go to Europe, POI Factory has no coverage there, and it is not clear if I can get Cyclops to work on my 2597. (I just got a note from Garmin that suggests that it might...or might not...Groan!) Does anyone have any experience with this issue? I have found some other providers, like SCDB (http://www.scdb.info/en/). Any suggestions welcome. I live in the DC area with hundreds of speed cameras, and the UK is similarly thick with them. Thanks!
