Newbie Question - "My Locations" Batch File Creator?

I am very impressed with the community spirit and expertise I am seeing on this site.
I am about to take a trip to a single US city, and would like to create a about a hundred "My Locations" POI files of sales stops, attractions, restaurants etc.
The form based tool that is here is wonderful, and works perfectly with my Nuvi 350; I'm just wondering if there is tool I haven't discovered yet that would allow the input of a batch of personalized POI locations at a single time.

P.S. I apologize if I've missed a posting on this subject. Also, if there is another way of achieving this goal, I'm not afraid of scripting or even light coding.
