r in new maps

twice now coming from Indiana to Chicagoland on 90/94 at the 394 turn toward Chicagoland, the new maps in a route to my home north of Chicagoland has prompted to go South on 394, not North.

The Map routs shows correctly north, but audio prompts says take 394 south, not north.

Also in NC in Ashville, approaching from west to east toward an antique place called the Tobacco Barn, when you get there it prompts it's on the Right, not Left, as it is.

Yes please submit the errors.

Every time I do that, it

Every time I do that, it takes 20 min to get past all the login questions.... That's far too long..

They need to streamline the reporting process

Nobody on this forum can fix the error and we don't know enough of what you were doing to report it either.

I see a bunch of

I see a bunch of questions.... and serial number request (Which I don't commit to memory).... Lat & Long requests....

Far too complicated.

If they want to contact me.... Then I'll ask them 20 questions....

It should be far easier....

One time I did go through all the hoop-la, and entered a very detailed text....

And then they said it was too long....

Like I said, it's too complicated to get to the point where you can enter data.... and when you do, you are not prompted it's too long...
Heck, if they wanted the information... it should Never be too long!!!

Copy and Paste

Just open two browser windows side by side and what ever it ask go to the other browser and copy then past in the other browser what they ask. That is how I do my Lat & Lon. when I need them so I don't copy the numbers backwards as I sometimes do.

They can not correct anything without the Lat and Lon. of where the mistake is.
