Garmin Nuvi 2797..Where are large files hiding

The day i got my new Garmin Nuvi 2797 i made a backup copy and noticed there seemes to be no large files. Am i missing something. My computer (Windows 8) isn't supposed to be hiding any files. With my old Nuvi 1350 i backed it up and deleted the large img file before updating and it all fit everytime. With the 2797 i don't see any img files. i updated the 2797 with express and i keep hearing folks on here say to avoid it so i will from here on. Thanks for any help ya'll may have...stan393

MTP

Check the listing for MTP and switch from MTP to Mass Storage mode:
