Changing a favorite icon

Hello, I bought the 2797 LMT over the weekend. I added my work address as a favorite, so I can easily route to the office every day and get the traffic updates. When I added it, it automatically showed up as a heart-shaped icon. Since a "heart" is not something I necessarily associate with work, can anyone tell me if there is a way to change this?

Also, is muting the sound the only way to shift from voice directions to text-based directions? And if the sound is muted, does anyone know if the Bluetooth connection for incoming cell phone calls will remain turned on?

Favorite icon change

Where To>Saved>(select favorite to alter)Press "i">Press 3-bar icon at the top left>Press Edit>Scroll down to "Change Map Symbol & select desired icon

I can't believe they don't

I can't believe they don't have an icon for a business facility in general on the 2797LMT - like the old garmin OS had like 2460LMT. A star is the best you can get.

Thanks, is there no way to change the heart-shaped icon on the screen that comes up as soon as you click on "Where to?"

That one remains with the heart icon, even though the map icon changes.

I don't supposed there is any way to change either of them with one of the custom icons downloaded from POI Factory?

Since I have a 765T, I do not know the choices on newer models.

All Garmin says is

The Icons (called Symbols when I assign one to a "Favorite" of mine) I see are not the same as Mapsource. However, I do have something that looks like a three story office building.

What DorkusNimrod posted is what you do to change the category. I have the 2597 and after transferring my favorites over from the 265.All the address ones now have a heart icon now instead of the house.Making changes now with no problems.

Thanks, so in effect, I can change the icon on the map view, but it remains as the standard heart-shape iun the screen after the "where to?" icon is clicked....guess I'll learn to live with it!
