If this thread exists please point me in the right direction. I was not able to find it using the search.
How can you remove a false alter RLC? There are a couple in my area that just do not exist.

The best solution for all
The best solution is to report it so that the next version of the RLC file will be corrected for all users:

Report first
Yes, report it for the benefit of all. Until it gets corrected, if you're impatient, you can open the csv file with Excel and delete the row(s) related to these cameras.
And then

and then use POI Loader to reload the file.
Be sure it is the correct location
Be sure you have the correct location before having the POI deleted. There were several locations in my area where the two streets defining the intersection crossed at more than one location. The RLC was only at one intersection but the other intersection of the same name had no RLC.

Okay I am a novice at doing this. How do I go about reporting it? I know where the false alarm is at. Do I have to write down the coordinates?
To Report no camera

Near the top right-hand column of this page click on "report an enforcement camera." Then click on "GlobeTurtle contact page." Coordinates are not necessary, just the street location, town, and state, and tell GlobeTurtle that there is no camera there. She will appreciate your report because it makes the Red Light Camera file as accurate as possible.
Cameras are removed all the time. Camera installation and maintenance are expensive and if that location does not produce the revenue the camera will be removed.

Yes, please report it. It
Yes, please report it. It will benefit everyone in your area as the whole file will be updated and current.

Not sure that's a true statement. There was one in my area that never existed, BECAUSE THE COUNTY WHERE IT WAS ALLEGEDLY INSTALLED DID NOT APPROVE OF THEM.
I asked myself what is a reasonable explanation for it to be contained in the file, and I believe the online news showed it as a proposed site.
Someone must have brought it to pois attn and it's been removed.

Follow the link on the first reply (by CraigW) then click GlobeTurtle contact page.
I've reported a couple of incorrect RLC locations. I pointed out the incorrect entry on the RLC POI file as well as the correct locations (intersections and lat/lon coordinates). Let the maintainer verify the info and make necessary corrections.
