My solution to robocalls is to simply have a phone number that only goes to voice mail. If I want to call someone back, I use Skype-Out, which only provides outbound calling, and has no useable inbound number (you can buy a Skype-In number for extra $$$).
There have been several occasions where calling with a one way number has its advantages. One example was an elderly friend who was conned into buying overpriced magazine subscriptions. Cancelling the subscriptions with no way for the telemarketer to call back was priceless!

We have a Federal Do Not Call list. Why won't the Feds do something about this. Had three calls yesterday from this "Lower your Interest" bunch. I have filed at least 20 complaints over the past two years and the Feds set on their asses and do nothing.
