How to use (images Rand McNally)

Dont have a clue how this works regarding saving multiple images to a file and having my Rand McNally Dock software upload the images. Rand McNally used to have their own POI files you could choose from and made it easy. Now they direct users to this site and have made it one hundred times more complex. Completely pissed off to say the least. A user should have to figure everything out and be a pc pro to get something simple done.
