Is "Pull Your Sofa Off The Wall Month" to get people to pull it away from the wall in order to vacuum all the dust bunnies hidden behind there? Or do people actually put their sofa on the wall and they want people to remove them from the wall before it falls on someone!

The 16th Amendment was ratified by the 36th state legislature, enabling Congress to assess income tax on Americans.

My favorite holiday in February is on February 9th, that is my wife's birthday. I thought about petitioning Congress to make it a National Holiday, however, I don't want to share the day with all of America.
