Buc-ees POI File Question

I am the maintainer of this file and have been receiving several emails about the Luling-TC location showing to be 4 miles away when passing it on I10 West (it is located on the east bound feeder road side of I10 (south of I10).
I have geocoded it several times and not found any issues with the Lat / Lons. We I finally made a trip to San Antonio this past weekend from Houston and finally saw what is happening.
I use a Garmin 765T and the Garmin 2013.30 map-set. When I was approaching the exit the GPS indicated 4 more miles to my destination as reported by others BUT it appears the map doesn't realize there is a west bound exit to Hwy 183 and tries to take you 2 miles down I10 to the next exit (Hwy 80) and do a U-turn and go back 2 miles to Bus-ees (hence the 4 miles left to go indication on the GPS).
Strange part is when traveling West to East the routing has you exit at the correct east bound exit for Hwy 183.
Just checking to see if anyone that has experienced this was using something other than a Garmin GPS. I am assuming this to be a Garmin map issue.

I just figured it out (as I bang my head on the table). The problem is being caused by the entrance location I set in the POI file. The location has both a feeder road entrance (the one the POI file uses) and an entrance from HWY 183.
When I changed the POI location in Basecamp to the Hwy 183 entrance the routing was corrected!!!!! Now both approaches seem to route correctly. I will fix that and re post the POI file.

For what it's worth, 100% of every custom POI that I put in my Nuvi 1450 (and that's several hundreds of them) is prepared by me using Google Earth to map the exact location of the place's driveway/parking lot (others may prefer a different location). The way I look at it, a location's latitude/longitude that's correct down to six decimal places is close enough for me.

Alabama Location
While on vacation from Texas to Florida ( driving through Hurricane Barry LOL ) I had a chance to stop at the only out of Texas Bucees there is and it didn't disappoint.
The place was packed with folks leaving the area due to Hurricane Barry making landfall in Louisiana and impacting the area coastlines and the restrooms were SPOTLESS ( their claim to fame in Tx). Fueled the truck and our bellies and headed east to Florida for a week on the beach.
