I purchased a Nuvi 2455LM today and was trying to put my POIs on it but POI loader doesn't find it. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Cable? ...or MTP? ...or??
My first thought is that there's a defective cable that doesn't let the computer see the nuvi.
Does your computer see the nuvi? If not, try other USB ports on the computer (back slots are best--hubs or other ports external to the computer are worst) and if you have another cable, try that.
Then again, the 2455 uses MTP and that may be your issue:

I switched the setting from MTP To Mass storage and it solved the problem. Your the best, Thanks for the help.
