L.A. decides to End it's red light camera program, July 1, 2011.

I was given a ticket in Culver City, a part of L.A. that has left up "streaming camera's" even though they've been proven to give driver's who stop, then turn right-(legal in CA.)unjust tickets.
This particular "intersection" at Helms and Washington blvd, in Culver City especially. It isn't a "true" intersection, smaller than even a quarter of a regular intersection and my husband, my neighbors, everyone I've ever spoken to, has gotten a ticket there! I stopped, then turned right, the only way you can go, as there is no left, as I've said. There was a car pulling out, making a left hand turn, as I stopped, putting the car in neutral and then, proceeded carefully turning right... If I hadn't stopped, as there was a car pulling out of helms, making a left hand turn, he would of passed me turning left as I turned right. It clearly shows me, stopped, behind the crosswalk, both lines, then proceeding to make my turn. (I was badly injured by a non-emergency transport, driven by a man, who didn't even have his own insurance, although MAG transports is a big company, with plenty of insurance, as they seem to be always involved in collisions and they're 100% to blame, as I was almost killed-He made a right turn from the middle lane of Olympic Blvd. in rush hour traffic, into a small street, Wetherly, without stop sign or light, where I happened to be in the right hand lane, to turn right a half block further at Doheny. It would be much easier for me to be a "victim" and pay the ticket, being injured badly, but I Did Not "run a red light." I've read a Lot of other people's stories on the internet, about "Red Light Cameras Ticketing Drivers Who stop, at Lights-(especially, when making a right hand turn.) How people are So afraid to make a right hand turn at a red light, after stopping, just because of this kind of injustice. Culver City, a part of L.A. has kept the streaming cameras up, as a way of creating revenue for the city-(As well as "No dogs allowed to be walked, on a leash, through the parks. (Culver City is the only part of L.A. where this is a law, so unfair to people who are responsible dog owners.) I live a few blocks from this 'intersection' at Helms and Washington and I've gotten a ticket there, my husband has and everyone I know in Culver City, since the camera is "calibrated badly," as a man, who was fixing it at 5:30 a.m. told my husband, on his way to work at 6:00a.m. Also, it is about a quarter of an intersection, not a whole intersection. For unknown reasons, my video will not come up, though it did a few weeks ago, as I wanted to print what it says before you watch your video. "What you are about to see may not be the Reality of what happened, as "Streaming Camera's Only show movement. Not stops." This injustice must be stopped. Culver City is has been pouring money into fixing the city up and this is just another way the police collect revenue, not to serve justice!!!
Please help, if you have any relevant information on this. Thank You!

This particular "intersection" at Helms and Washington Blvd, in Culver City especially, as it is a very small, quiet intersection, that only has a right hand turn, across from a small walk street isn't even a quarter, (at the most,) as wide as a regular intersection, though the same length, going out of Helms, to make a left hand turn. It turns from green to red, almost immediately, without pausing on yellow for barely a second and then these cameras are set up not for justice, put for revenue, as Culver City has been pouring money into this city. There was a car making a left turn, (the only way you can proceed, as Helms doesn't continue. Just a walk street, where there are mostly expensive restaurants.) People in L.A. had become "afraid" to make a right hand turn, after coming to a complete stop, in L.A. because of these "streaming cameras. Probably one of the main reasons they were discontinued on July 1, 2011. I was being Very careful, as I'm afraid of these streaming cameras! A tiny intersection, where everyone has gotten tickets, that I've spoken to. People were afraid to turn right at a red light, which is legal in California, as I've said, they were discontinued July1, 2011! This light, doesn't turn regularly, green, yellow, then red, but seems to go from green to red, almost instantly, barely pausing on yellow. (As the width is So short!) I was injured by a MAG non-emergency transport, making a right turn from the middle lane on Olympic Blvd. onto Wetherly, in Very bad traffic, and I was in the right hand lane, to turn right, at Doheny, the signal a half block further and Very badly injured, almost killed, completely totaling my car, on the driver's side, in the middle of a personal Injury case, where they're 100% to blame- it would be much easier, especially as I'm badly injured, to be "victimized" by this and pay the ticket for $490.00 plus $60.00 for traffic school, but I'm sick of being a victim, driving in Los Angeles, suffering from terrible post traumatic stress syndrome, afraid to even drive anywhere now, let alone having to go for my injury's from Hospitals, to Doctors office's, to MRI's and X-Rays to Physical Therapy, etc.! I was using my husband's stick shift car, which I put into neutral, to save my badly injured right hand and wrist and I'm a professional pianist. My hand so badly strained, sprained, in terrible pain w/a whiplashed left shoulder and neck causing migraines and badly injured lower back, as I was knocked out from the impact from this "transport" that's almost as big as a bus and they hire people that do not know how to drive, without insurance-(which is illegal-) for minimum wage, but, they have Lots of insurance, being a Big Corporation.
I stopped, even a bit early and you can see clearly in the picture, behind the double lined crosswalk, then turned right onto Helms, a very small street. The other car completing their left hand turn, the intersection being the same length as any intersection in length, but only a few feet wide. One of these badly calibrated camera's taking a picture of my husbands license plate, as I made the small right, (after coming to a complete stop) onto Helms. I'm afraid of this intersection, barely 5 feet across, as it is set up to collect revenue for Culver City, not to serve justice, the cameras being "calibrated," all wrong, to quote my husband, who goes to work at 5:30a.m. and there was a man working on one of the three cameras in this tiny, quiet intersection. Drivers were of afraid of turning right everywhere in Los Angeles, the streaming cameras were taken down, but not in Culver City! Everyone has gotten a ticket there, as I did a few years ago, as well as my husband, neighbors, friends and workers around Culver City. Of course, I came to a complete stop, as the picture clearly shows, behind the double white lined, pedestrian crossing. Then turned right,(the only way you can go,) onto the tiny street, Helms. If I hadn't stopped, I would of passed the car turning left, at the same time, as the picture also clearly shows them completing their left turn as my husband's license plate being clicked in a picture, as I was completing my small right turn onto Helms- The length is about the regular length of an intersection, the car turning left, already turning onto Washington Blvd., the only way you can go! Only in width is it about 5 feet across, at one point. . . I've read a Lot of other people's stories on the internet, about "Red Light Cameras Ticketing Drivers Who stop at red Lights-(especially, when making a right hand turn.) How people were So afraid to make a right hand turn at a red lights, after stopping, just because of this kind of injustice, that "the streaming camera" was removed from L.A. Culver City, a part of L.A. has kept the streaming cameras up, as a way of creating revenue for the city-(As well as "No dogs allowed in Parks, walked, on a leash, by responsible people! (Culver City is the only part of L.A. where this is a law, which is so unfair to all the people who are responsible dog owners in Culver City and mostly, to our dogs!) For some unknown reasons, my video will not come up now, though it did a few weeks ago, as I wanted to print what it said before you watch your video- "What you are about to see may not be the Reality of what happened, as "Streaming Camera's Only show movement, Not stops." But, for some unknown reason, the video wouldn't show up, as it did a few weeks ago, when I read this and wanted to print it for court!
This injustice must be stopped. Culver City has been pouring money into fixing the city up and this is just another way the police collect revenue, not to serve justice!!!

Not sure if this helps, but it is 2012, 2011 was last year. July 2011 was close to 17 months ago. And just quoting yourself and reposting a very long post doesn't seem to accomplish much.

I got about a third of the way through and stopped reading.

Paragraph Breaks Would Help

Paragraph breaks would really help here. I couldn't get through reading it either.

Culver City

The bad news is, Culver City is not shutting down their cameras. If you have a ticket, you should pay it.
