Is "save target as" greyed out?

You didn't give us much info to work with; but if "save target as" is greyed out, you might want to look at: http://www.poi-factory.com/node/6143
Your "Content Advisor" might be enabled.

Works for me
If I right click on a POI file that I want to download, a drop down (or drop up?) window opens that allows me to "Save target as...". When I choose that option, then the typical Windows Explorer window opens and I select the folder to download the POI file to. FWIW, I'm on Windows 7.

If you are on the download screen here at th factory, it's a left click.

Update and thanks
Last night I tried right and left clicks and nothing happened. Thanks to your help, a "left" click worked and it worked the first time. Maybe it was due to the hotel internet service last night. Go figure??? Thank you for your help as I'm a newbie with the POI scenario.
glad we could help
Glad we could help, and welcome to the site. (As to hotel Internets - well the service is anywhere from poor to awful for downloads.)
