garmin 1490T updated map Europe 2013.10 but no images of highways

I updated my garmin 1490T with maps City Navigator Europe 2013.10

I loaded new map selecting all nations from EU using mapsource from garmin

I loaded maps to an SD card 4GB sandisk SHDC and maps works fine at least as I can see (selecting only 2013.10 maps on settings)

I miss the images of highway labels showing the correct street to take

Junction View

Welcome to The Factory.

You're missing the Junction View file. Tranferring maps with Mapsource will not include extras like Junction View.

What you probably need to do is to use the Garmin update procedure and install maps from it directly to the SD card. This will require re-downloading and reinstalling the map update.

Are you missing D2504080A.JCV ?

More precisely, a file named D2504080A.JCV should reside in the JCV directory.
The file should have been supplied while you had downloaded the map. If you find it on your computer's hard disk, copy and paste it into the jcv directory. If it hadn't, do a repeat download.
