New Gander Mtn. stores opening

Gander Mtn. is opening two new stores this month. One is in Valdosta, GA, and opened this week, I believe. The other is in Lafayette, IN, and will open on the 12th.
The Valdosta store is at
278 Norman Drive
Valdosta,GA 31601
Gander Mtn. says this store's coordinates are
Latitude: 30.827619
Longitude: -83.317707
The Lafayette store is at
150 South Creasy Lane
Lafayette, IN 47905
Gander Mtn. says this store's coordinates are
Latitude: 40.415085
Longitude: -86.837682
Can someone confirm the coordinates for these stores so that I can update the GM POI file here at the Factory? Thanks.

The Lafayette coordinates are correct as is the address.
