Glad you made the post. I had missed the original and hence, didn't know about the update. The only time I use Basecamp is to see if there's any changes to make it better for me than Mapsource. It's not there yet.

Basecamp

I have had v 4.0.1 for about two weeks now.

All I can say I DO NOT like Basecamp.
I have yet to be able to do a route. I will get anything from somewhere else but my home location to either in the middle of the Pacific or somewhere up in Alaska, anything but what I want. It will import my Mapsource routes without a problem.

I find it a very frustrating program!

Basecamp Update

I agree abotu NOT liking Basecamp.

I'm just too used to using MapSource. I always found MapSource to be so easy to use.

I know that Basecamp is much more powerful and has many more "features", but I like the user interface of MapSource and its ease of use.
