Printable N CA Mile Marker Map

Does anyone know if there is a printable Northern Ca. Mile Marker Map. For example, if I wanted to know where mile marker #?? was I could look at the make and it would show the location of that mile marker being aprox. ?? miles N or S of exit #??.
If anyone happens to know of such a map I would greatly
appreciate your help!
Thank you!!!

If you know the mile marker you can estimate how far it is from an exit. All the states have completed renumbering their Interstate exits from Exit numbers to mile markers. Exit 77 is going to be either at mile marker 77 or up to a mile past it. So if you were looking for MM 37 you know it is 2 or 3 miles north of Exit 34.

A potentially timely subject

Someone pointed out here at The Factory that the most recent Garmin City Navigator NA NT map update that came out about two months ago (2013.10) has Mile Markers built into the map. Previous version of City Nav did not have Mile Markers as far as I can tell.

Right now, these MMs are only visible on a computer through Mapsource or BaseCamp. Yet their inclusion may mean that nuvi and other motor vehicle GPS units may at some point be able to see or use the MMs--sort of along the lines of City Nav's adding speed limits along roadways that has expanded so much over the past few years. I don't know why Garmin maps would add these MMs without some plan for them in the future.
