2360LMT Traffic not showing

I recently purchased a 2360LMT. I tried it out this weekend and mapping and bluetooth work great. However, it will not show traffic at all. I entered a route I knew had traffic on I-95 and it showed up as "No traffic on route". The route had me going on 95 and it showed up on the list of traffic problems but doesn't show on either the traffic map or the traffic on route which were the two other icons I tried to use.
Thanks in advance for help - recent convert from TomTom so Garmin completely new to me.

First things first - do a backup of your unit's software. Instructions can be found in the FAQs.
Secondly, with your unit attached to the PC, log into the Garmin site and download the Web Updater program and check if your software is up to date - then do another backup.

What is "your" meaning of traffic?
If the traffic is moving the icon should be green (I don't believe speed comes into play as long as is moving).
If the traffic is stop and go the icon should be yellow
If traffic is not moving the icon should be red

I have a 2460 ... and am confused.
Do you mean there is no traffic icon showing on your screen?
Or is the icon green (no traffic problems) when you know it should be red or yellow?
Garmin 205, 260W, 1450LMT, 2460LMT, HEREwego for iPhone ... all still mapping strong.
