Contacting authors of POI files

I've done it before but I either can't figure it out, most likely, or something on here has changed to where you can't inform the author of an addition or change that needs to be make.
What am I missing?

just go to any post made by the person you are trying toreach - click on their name - then click on "contact" tab

That's what I was looking for but on my screen the only choice for contact brings up the site contact info. Nothing for the author.
There are 2 actual tabs, the initial one with all the POIs they work on and the other is Track.
No contact tab
if author doesn't have a contact tab , you can send a contact e-mail to GlobeTurtle with any comments/changes to a POI file or try to get the info to author via a discussion thread.
I would recommend contacting GlobeTurtle !

I think the contact page will only appear if the author has allowed other people to contact them.

The other option is to use the contact form here:
http://www.poi-factory.com/contact
You can verify if the user is still active or not, or see if JM can contact them.

Believe you are correct. If I recall correctly I had to "allow contact" when I uploaded several GPX files.
