Who says we don't have a sense of humour? Are you confusing us with the Germans? Within 1 mile of where I live there are six Gatsos. I think the Dutch are even more likely to 'modify' speed cameras and groups of them get together to give prior warning of speed traps.
The Brits....
Can be quite uncanny at times.
