I'm new and just downloaded POI Loader. I have the Walmart POI in My Documents with the CSV. I don't know what to do now. It states windows doesn't regonize file. This is new stuff for me. How do I download to C330?

Check out the getting started page. There is a link at the top of the page. You might also want to check out the faqs & help page when you are done.

Once you have downloaded and installed POI Loader, put your POI files in a folder on your PC. Connect your GPSr to your PC. Run POI Loader and point it to that folder. Follow the prompts and the file will be loaded to your GPSr.
