Hard Times

This is a regional chain the Washington DC area.

Though they sell other foods, they are best known for the chili and started out as a chili parlor.

Cincinnati

OK, many will doubt it's claim to being chili at all, but I endorse most of Cincinnati's Greek-style chilis (4-way or 5-way) from any of the city's chili parlors--although by far, I prefer Skyline--with a Cheese Coney with onions on the side.
