Running late this week for sure. The hurrier I go, the behinder I get.

What a raining week!

Good morning.

Rainy day

Got busy this morning. Been having a slow rain all day. Not a good day to be outside.

I thought the drizzle had stopped so I took the wife out for her birthday. Clear all the way until we got there. We need it though to wet down some of this burnable debri.

Was in San Francisco last weekend and got lucky to be staying along the parade route for the Chinese New Year parade. Great event. Came back home to colder but not by much weather. Just wondering when that will change.

We drove over to Viola IL to the former Milk House Diner (under new management.) The pork tenderloin sandwich is probably the best ever. Too bad the cherry pie sucked.

NASCAR racing starts this weekend.

The Daytona 500 is next weekend.

That was a wild wild race.

Not a big NASCAR fan, but I watch the Daytona 500.

We got snow last night looks like about 4in. and it is suppose to snow off and no all day till late tonight. Looks like the snowblower has to come out again.

Has been a mild winter, 30F/40F high temperatures and no major snow storms (snow blower not yet required). More days of green grass than white snow. Have been able to go out for a walk many days.

How about those Detroit Red Wings ? Currently have an all-time NHL best of 22 consecutive home victories, going for number 23 this afternoon.

Looking for some rain today.

Presidents Day is not the official name of the federal holiday but, like they did for Washington's Birthday, seems only a matter of time before there is an advertising push to rename the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday to Civil Rights Day.

Jeff said that was the 1st time he had rolled in an accident. Considering how many races he has been in, that surprised me.

Our RV has itchy wheels in anticipaton of better weather.

Down here in the Corpus Christi area, it was beautiful today. It was sunny, clear, dry, relatively calm, and reached a high around 62. I wish we had more weather like this.

yeaterday and found a java virus. got it cleaned but shows you never know when you can get sometihing. . We ram full scans on all 4 computers last night.
