POI Loader for Garmin StreetPilot c330

Followed directions for downloading "POI Loader," but it doesn't seem to work. That is, I get no "help" or "prompts." Must be doing something wrong. Can't get it to process a "POI" to load into my c330.
Any suggestions? I was able to download it (apparently) but not use it.

Can you be more specific
After you downloaded POI loader to your PC, are you having problems installing it or running it. Are you running a PC? What happens when you run it, i.e. what do you see on the screen?

PC or Mac POI Loader ???
I have NO problems loading or changing POI files with my laptop PC on the C330.
If you are trying with a Mac - make sure you have Software Version 5.50 loaded into your C330 ! Software version 5.4 for the C330 has problems with the Mac POI LOader.
