I reported 6 issues with missing roads, wrong locations of POI, etc in my area back in Dec. 2006. How long does it take before you hear back from them about some kind of resolution. I check on the issues from time to time and it still says they are "open". Has anyone reported a problem with some kind of reply? How long does it usually take?

Street Reported To Navteq
Iceman, I have reported my street, which is over 3 years old. The first time was about a year ago, and the second time about six months ago. I haven't heard from them for either of the reportings. BTW, my street is still not on the maps. Good Luck.
