Real problem is not with this stupid lawsuits. This will happen always, as stupidity is being heavily promoted in our times. What is dangerous, in my opinion, is fact, that often this sort of stupidity is being rewarded with idiots called judges with hefty monetary rewards. That's main reason why we can see more of this legal idiocy every year.
