What is a COW Award, and how do I get one?

Most of us know the answer to this one. Some don't and that's a good reason to post it. But how do you find out who got one? No, i'm not clicking each week, i'll be here all day. I got one of these. When? No idea, didn't write it down. JM?

I agree it would be nice to see all of the previous COW recipients in a single list instead of having to click through them week by week. One list per year including the Contributor of the Year would be nice.

It might also be nice if something "stuck" in the user's profile when they receive an award. Maybe a line something like this could be added in the history section ...

Does that imply you'll be getting a badge and riding herd on all the COWs? We really do need someone to play mom and slap us down when we start getting rowdy. (At least I do at times!)
