This may be old data, but I didn't see these locations mentioned in the Forum - nor are at least two of the intersections in the POI file that I recently downloaded.
RLC Locations:
Fletcher Avenue & Bruce B. Downs Boulevard
Sligh Avenue & Habana Avenue
Brandon Town Center & Brandon Boulevard
Bloomingdale Avenue & Bell Shoals Road
Waters Avenue & Dale Mabry Highway
Waters Avenue and Anderson Road

You are correct - my error!
The ones I thought were missing (Waters Ave) are indeed in the current POI file... this was an operator error on my part. I sincerely apologize -- and thanks for checking.
