I have a c330 and am wondering about waypoints. Garmin says that the c330 can have 500 waypoints. Does that mean that I can program a trip with 500 stops? If so, will the c330 organize and optimize the order to minimize time or miles? I noticed that if I put a second WHERE TO in a trip it asks if I want to go to the destination by way of this new entry. Can I just do that 499 more times and have them all part of the trip?

The c330 only lets you make one way point .it will just go to the last waypoint you put in. It won't save any previous waypoints

I saw that on a review of garmin I didn't see it on garmin website about 500 waypoints but I tried it and it only seemed to keep the last waypoint. I will do a liitle more research.

Maybe The 500 means you can save them to your favorite places but during route only one stored per route

Waypoints are "Favorites". And you can store 500 of those on a C330.

That makes sense. I was hoping the other way around was true though.
