Right Side vs Left Side Mixup

My 2460LMT seems to have become confused.

When reaching some destinations the NUVI is telling me the arrival point is on the left when it is actually on the right and visa versa. The same destination point was OK in the past. I am not sure what has happened. Anyone have same experience or any thoughts on how to correct? evil

More info

Were you destinations POIs or addresses you entered yourself?

not here

I have not encountered such behavior in my 2460LMT, could it be the map orientation?

I always have my set to 3D so I don't know how the other choices behave.

In the areas where it has trouble, are Odd and Even numbered addresses on opposite side of the street?

These were found by searching on Address in MapSource.

1490LMT

I have a similar problem with my 1490LMT. The main one I notice this on is my house. It was imported from my 256T which gave the correct side of the road. Ihave not tried moving the "point" to the other side of the road yet.

We may be on to the culprit.

We may be on to the culprit. The address was imported from Garmin Street Pilot 2610.

Same behavior with 2012.30 map

I had the same confusion (right instead of left where the POI actually was) on my 770 using the latest 2012.30 map. This is for a store in the map itself, not an added extra POI.
