Boy have I missed you guys!!!

I hope everyone is well. I am loving my new job very much.

I finished training a few weeks ago and am now on my team. I am doing tech support for the Navy Internet system NMCI. I get to talk to our great men and woman that serve our country.

It is a very rewarding job and there is so much to learn. I am working on getting my Securtiy+ certification right now. This will be the hardest test I will ever have to take.

I have been keeping my eyes on you guys;) I hope everyone has a great holiday season.

I will be making my english toffee and fudge for everyone in my family (no you guys did not make the list).

I love you and think of you often.

Know NMCI well

I have the feeling I may be working closely with NMCI sometimes in the next few months. For the last 15 years we have had the contract for the bases in Beaufort SC for copiers. I have the feeling this time around they may finally want to connect these machines to the network for print and scanning.

On a related note, good to see you checking in us.

Once I know if we get the contract again I'll be creating a POI file of the individual buildings to make it easier for our delivery people to deliver the machines.

Security+ is not real hard. Find some brain dumps and get a good practice exam. Read and answer the questions consistently. Do not panic, you will do well.

I just KNEW last Sunday was special

The guys in the city of Grasse were done with the installation of the Christmas lights (not to be turned on till December 1st...

But a LOT more important, you were writing to your Fan Club - who, as this topic proves, is very happy for all the good things that are happing to you. And you can see that we all miss you in the very best way (if such a thing is possible ?)
