Good news, bad news with my 3760T

I was traveling the other day from Baltimore to NC and I got several side by side views (drive screen and reality screen) while in landscape mode. In MD they only work in portrait mode and when in landscape mode they switch instead of side by side.

Now the bad!

For a while now, sometimes when I first put the 3760 in the active mount it works fine then in a few seconds re-sets or shuts off. But even more recently the unit froze, leaving me in a bad way because I was navigating a series of lane changes like a car race has. I got lucky, but one mistake would of gotten me in rush hour in Philly, something you don't want!

I tried everything twice and no go, until I held down the power button for suite a while, then I did get a shutdown screen. After restarting it worked fine.

Am I going to need a replacement, and if so does Garmin send a refirb that may of been abused worse than mine.

3760 Freeze

Mine will very occasionally just freeze up for no reason. Not sure what causes the problem, but a restart solves the problem every time.

Thanks, but it never happened before, unless you include one 5-10 years ago. I didn't know how to reset, but when I first held the power button it must have went into standby because I didn't get the shut off popup.
